Where would you see a Town Crier, Busking Musicians, Street Theatre, comedians, Cats Laughing, Garden Summer school attendees, and families joining in the National Drawing day at Kilkenny Castle? Kilkenny of course, celebrating its 400 years a city in 2009 is aglow with all sorts of activities for just about everyone. Colourful characters,craic agus ceoil- all on the streets of Kilkenny, and almost all events are free!
